Sourced from our premier apiary nestled on the bluffs of Pensacola Bay, East Hill is known for the majestic Live Oaks, eclectic homes and numerous urban parks that create a haven from the hustle and bustle of our little city. During early spring, the sweet smells of citrus blossoms can be caught by the warm bay breezes along with the refreshing scent of wildflowers and honey suckle. By late spring and early summer, the wildflowers and palmetto are nearly in full bloom creating a delicate summer honey with a light amber cast. As summer transitions to fall and the first cool mornings appear, an assortment of white daises, golden yellow, and royal purple wildflowers begin to emerge and provide a honey with a deeper complexion and a rich, nutty foretaste.
Perfect pairing: A signature green tea or fresh squeezed lemonade, homemade peanut butter, and banana sandwich or drizzled over fresh fall greens.
