Collection: Single-Source Varietals

Single-source. Curated. Raw.

Three honeys, one floral source each — Florida Tupelo from the Apalachicola swamps, Orange Blossom from the citrus groves, Sourwood from the Appalachian highlands. We don't make these ourselves. We curate them from longtime partner beekeepers we've worked with for years, and we only carry varieties we'd be proud to put under our own label.

Florida Tupelo — one of the rarest honeys in the world. White Tupelo Gum trees bloom for two weeks in spring across the Apalachicola swamps. Light, smooth, buttery, with notes that linger. Doesn't crystallize. Available in 5.5oz Jar, 16oz Dripless Squeeze, and 21oz Jar.

Orange Blossom — what bees create when they work the white blooms of citrus groves. Light amber, gently floral, clean citrus finish. The crowd-pleaser for tea, baking, and everyday drizzle. Available in 5.5oz Jar, 16oz Dripless Squeeze, and 21oz Jar.

Sourwood — from the white bell-shaped blossoms of the Sourwood tree in the Appalachian highlands. Consistently ranks among the world's best honeys at international competitions. Buttery, anise-tinged, complex. Available in 12oz and 18oz jars.

Each varietal's origin and source partner are honored — we don't blend, we don't relabel, we don't shortcut. The story of each jar is on its product page so you always know what's in your jar.

Curated honeys from trusted partner apiaries. Raw, unfiltered, exactly as the bees made them.
