Florida Tupelo Honey

We are so fortunate to have access to some of the most prized Tupelo locations in the world! All located in our backyard in Northwest Florida! 

Florida Tupelo Honey... there is a reason why Van Morrison dedicated nearly seven minutes of the song in the name of this rare, beautiful honey - and yes even comparing his loved one to the beloved Tupelo Honey. It is sweet, mild, delicate, and perfect. It only comes from the White Tupelo Gum tree on the Panhandle of NW Florida scattered along the Chipolata and Apalachicola River basins. The bloom can last only days and up to 2-3 weeks in better years.

This raw honey is light, sweet, and a favorite among most! It is delicious and comes in a dripless bottle and our beautiful mason jars! You will love the floral taste this raw Tupelo honey has - it goes with all things - especially a good cup of fresh fruit!
