Florida Tupelo honey is one of the rarest and most prized honeys in the world. The White Tupelo Gum trees of the Northwest Florida Panhandle bloom for just a few precious weeks each spring — miss that window and you wait another year for the next harvest.
What makes Tupelo special: unusually high fructose content means it resists crystallization longer than almost any other honey. The flavor is buttery, floral, and incredibly delicate — a clean sweetness that honey lovers immediately recognize as something rare.
We're fortunate to source ours from longtime friends and trusted beekeeping families who have worked the swamps and lowlands of the Northwest Florida Panhandle for generations. Limited quantities each season.
