Collection: Wild Honey

Multi-floral. Multi-region. Raw.

This is what wild honey actually is — honey made from bees working whatever's blooming in the fields, forests, and roadsides around our hives. No single floral source, no labeled crop, just what's wild and in bloom that season. Every batch tastes a little different, and that's the point.

Florida Wildflower — our everyday honey, made from bees working the wildflowers of the Florida Panhandle. Medium amber, balanced sweetness, gentle floral finish. Available in 5.5oz Mini Mason, 8oz Muth Jar, 16oz Muth Jar, 16oz Dripless Squeeze, and 21oz Jar.

Florida Premium Wildflower (Gallberry) — when our bees can work the Gallberry blooms (a low-growing evergreen native to Southern flatwoods), the result is a richer, sweeter, deeper-amber honey prized by chefs and the people who know honey. Same Wildflower DNA, dialed up. Available in 5.5oz Jar, 16oz Dripless Squeeze, and 21oz Jar.

South Alabama Wildflower — same multi-floral character as our Florida Wildflower, with a forage profile shaped by south Alabama's clover, wild blackberry, and roadside blooms. 16oz Dripless Squeeze.

96oz Growler — our half-gallon size, packed with raw Florida Wildflower honey. For the people who use honey the way most people use sugar.

All raw. All unfiltered. All bottled by hand in our certified honey house overseen by the Florida Department of Agriculture. Exactly as the bees made it.
