East Hill Reserve Subscription Policy
East Hill Reserve is our subscription program for honey and related products delivered on a recurring schedule. This policy explains how it works, what you're agreeing to, and how to make changes or cancel at any time.
What you're signing up for
When you join East Hill Reserve, you agree to a recurring order: the product, size, and cadence you choose at signup will be billed and shipped to you on that schedule until you change or cancel it. There is no contract, no commitment beyond your next shipment, and no fees to cancel.
Subscriber pricing — 10% off, locked in
Reserve members receive 10% off retail on every subscription shipment. The discount is automatic — it applies to your subscription orders without needing a code.
Your rate is locked in. If our retail prices change in the future, your subscriber rate stays at the price you signed up at, for as long as your subscription remains active without interruption. (If you cancel and re-subscribe later, your new rate will be the then-current price.)
The 10% subscriber discount does not combine with promotional discount codes.
Billing and renewal
Your first order is charged when you sign up. Subsequent orders are charged automatically on your recurring billing date based on the cadence you selected (monthly, every 2 months, every 3 months, or quarterly). You can update your payment method anytime from your account.
Cadence
Available cadences vary by product. Most subscribable honeys are available Monthly, Every 2 Months, or Every 3 Months. The Pantry Reserve (East Hill 3-Pack) ships quarterly.
Making changes — skip, swap, pause, cancel
From your account dashboard, at any time you can:
- Skip a shipment (no charge for skipped orders)
- Pause your subscription
- Change cadence (faster or slower delivery)
- Change size (if multiple sizes are available)
- Swap varietal (Varietal Reserve members can pick a different flavor anytime)
- Cancel with one click — no fees, no retention emails, no questions
Manage your subscription at easthillhoney.com/pages/manage-subscriptions. Changes take effect on your next scheduled shipment, as long as we receive them before your billing date.
Failed payments
If your payment fails (expired card, etc.), your subscription will pause and we'll email you so you can update your card. We do not retry multiple times or charge late fees. Update your card from your account and your subscription resumes on the next available cycle.
Shipping
Subscription shipments leave our Pensacola, FL honey house within 3 business days of your billing date. Shipping rates and timing follow our standard Shipping & Returns policy.
Refunds
Subscription orders are subject to our standard Refund Policy. If a subscription shipment arrives damaged or you're not satisfied with the product, contact us at info@easthillhoney.com within 30 days for a refund or replacement.
Please cancel before your next billing date if you do not want the next shipment. Subscription shipments processed before cancellation cannot be refunded as missed-cancellations, but our standard refund policy still applies for damage or quality issues.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes that affect your existing subscription, we'll notify you by email before the change takes effect.
