The Honey Says It All
A family-owned Gulf Coast apiary.
East Hill Honey Co. has been making honey since 2011. We're a family-owned commercial apiary, and our hives work the wildflowers, gallberry, and other native blooms of Escambia County and the broader Gulf Coast.
What we make ourselves. Our Wildflower honey — both the standard and our Premium Wildflower (gallberry) — comes directly from our own hives, naturally extracted, and bottled in a certified honey house overseen by the Florida Department of Agriculture. Raw, unfiltered, and bottled the way the bees made it.
What we curate. Three of our most beloved varieties — Tupelo, Orange Blossom, and Sourwood — come from longtime partner beekeepers across the Southeast. We've worked with the families behind these single-source honeys for years, and we only carry varieties we'd be proud to put under our own label.
Why we exist. Most of the honey on grocery store shelves has been pasteurized, ultra-filtered, or blended with corn syrup. We believe honey is at its best — both as food and as a real ingredient with character — when it's raw and unfiltered. So that's what we make, and that's what we curate.
We supply grocery stores, specialty retailers, and farmers markets across the I-10 corridor from Mobile, AL east to Panama City, FL — and we ship nationwide direct from our honey house. If you have questions about a specific variety, where it's from, or how to use it, drop us a line at info@easthillhoney.com or call (850) 984-6639. We answer.
