Not all wildflower honey is the same — and Gallberry proves it.
Our Premium Wildflower is gallberry honey, one of the most prized table honeys in the South.
It's lighter and more delicate than standard wildflower — pale in color, mild and clean in flavor, with a pleasant sweetness that doesn't overwhelm. It stands on its own and elevates everything it touches: biscuits, cheese boards, tea, and anything that deserves something a little more refined.
Available in our 5.5oz sampler jar, our 16oz dripless squeeze bottle for everyday use, and the 21oz pantry jar.
Raw and unfiltered. This is the premium option — and once you've tried it, you'll understand why.

Love this honey!! Best used for bread and homemade apple cider vinegar.
It has a great taste
I use it in my coffee
It’s absolutely delicious.
Best Tasting Honey I Have Tasted.
I have always heard the benefits of honey and fairly hated it no matter how much I tried to like it. Apparently I have never had real honey before. No idea what I was consuming in the past but this is the real deal and it is MAGNIFICENT!

Thank you for caring for your bees in such a way that it doesn’t trigger my corn allergy. I was really struggling to find a honey that wasn’t supplemented with glucose and or dextrose. It’s wonderful to have honey after 8 years! :u1F970:
Love love your honey. The shipment was very timely. Thank you
Originally got this honey at Greers. Live out of state and started having it shipped. This honey beats clove honey any day!!!
Wonderful
Love the Premium Wildflower honey. No nasty clover taste! Put in my tea every morning!!!
This honey is the best I have found anywhere. It has the best flavor smooth and savory.
This stuff is delicious in its own unique way. Almost has a little bite to it. Tupelo in the morning and gallberry in the evening! Great products all around thank you East Hill.
Best flavor!
The honey is good and we particularly like the mechanism on the lid that regulates the amount of honey that flows out.
The honey is wonderful. I absolutely love it.
Love the taste of this honey. The hives are in Gulf Breeze where we live so we think it helps with local allergens.
I purchased the Gallberry honey as part of a three pack Christmas surprise for my wonderful boss (hence my review under all three delicious items, lol). I personally never liked honey before trying East Hill’s (like literally hated it). However, I have been obsessed for a few years now, absolutely love it plain, in smoothies, or with apple cider vinegar, and thought it would be cool to finally treat my boss to it. I requested with the order if they could send just a small note for my boss, thanking him for all he has done, and WOW, I was absolutely BLOWN AWAY by how they went above and beyond for the communication, packaging, and delivery. I know this year has been a crazy one for all of us, and especially this local small business (they not only dealt with 2020 in general, but also wildfires, bears, etc), but they still will always go the extra mile and make their customers feel special. The honey is quality and so are the amazing people : )
Good stuff
We love the taste and it is one of the best.
Great dark, rich taste in this smooth honey I use daily.
Thanks so much for the review! Our Wildberry is wildly delicious!
The honey from this company is excellent in flavor and consistency. I ordered this honey at the time hurricane Sally went through Pensacola. There were some hiccups with shipping. Customer service was great in resolving my delivery.
We heart our customers! Our mission is happiness! Hurricanes can't stop our delicious and tasty honey!
I love your Honey. The only problem I have is the packaging. I hate peanuts as packing process. When I got my package the package was open because of the shipping and the peanuts were coming out. After opening the box one of the containers with the honey it was open. Good thing the seal didn’t come off. It is had I would have had a mess. I will order again I hope with better results.
Fantastic!
It has a pleasant smooth flavor. Always perfered wildflower, but this is better. Excellent product.
The wild berry honey is very tasty with a unique flavor I haven’t had in years. Reminds me of the honey I ate while growing up in Pensacola. Thanks for sending a little bit of home to Indiana.
I wish i could kiss those sweet bees
