Honey and cinnamon is a timeless combination — but not all cinnamon is created equal. Our CREAMY! Ceylon Cinnamon & Honey uses true Ceylon cinnamon — the rare, softer, slightly sweeter variety sometimes called "true cinnamon" — blended into raw Florida wildflower honey. The honey is then transformed through a controlled crystallization process that produces thousands of fine, uniform crystals, giving it a smooth, velvety texture that spreads like soft butter. No dairy. No additives. Just honey and cinnamon in their most satisfying form.
Ceylon cinnamon is harder to find than the more common Cassia variety, and prized for its more delicate, complex flavor. Combined with raw honey's natural antioxidants and enzymes, this is a jar that earns a permanent spot in your pantry.

It warms your insides and gives a great zip of energy. The cinnamon is strong and I feel that it has made a difference in so many ways. Helpful before workouts, in health shakes and even is awesome in baklava. Friends demand it when they come over for tea and coffee. Try drizzling it over fresh pecans.
