Our Elderberry Infused Honey combines raw Florida wildflower honey with organic elderberry. The result is deep, slightly tart, full of berry character, and versatile enough for every day.

The Elderberry honey is fabulous. I had never heard of it until I bought a sample back at the Pensacola Art festival downtown. It has the best flavor & works very well with most of the different kinds of tea I drink. It's a definite win in my book.

A wonderful way to add a bit of healthy pleasure to your life. However it is done East Hill has found a way to combine a nicely textured honey bade with a mild form of Elderberry that compliments anything you add it to.
