Our raw Florida wildflower honey, gently paired with lavender — until the floral notes settle into the honey and bring something new with them. Light, aromatic, and unmistakably lavender, but balanced by the honey's mellow sweetness rather than dominated by it.
It belongs in your kitchen: drizzle over warm goat cheese or ricotta. Swirl into Greek yogurt with stone fruit. Brush onto roasted chicken or pork in the last minutes of cooking. Stir into hot tea. This is the best Lavender flavored honey I can find online or in person. The honey is delicious and flavorful and the accent of Lavender is a perfect addition without being over whelming.
I tried this honey while visiting Pensacola, Florida. I have not been able to find any as good where I live - so I ordered from the company direct. The honey is excellent and the lavender flavor is perfect and complementary.

I have tried the infused honeys before and this lavender honey is of equal quality. The flavor is subtle yet adds a beautiful note of relaxation to a nice evening cup of tea. East Hill Honey is the only honey I buy. Whether in the store or shipped to my door, there is no better honey on the Gulf Coast.

I add this to my teas and my coffee and it is so incredible. The lavender flavor is delicate but definitely comes through in any cup, which I find isn’t always true for items like this. I’m so happy with it and so happy I can order it online now because I live far away!
